What should I do if I don't receive the verification code when registering?

Please check the following in order: 

1. Make sure your internet connection is working properly.
2. Confirm that your email address is entered correctly.
3. Check if the email was filtered into your spam folder.
4. Restart the app and try again.

Do I always need to reset Bluetooth when connecting the fixture to the app?

For first-time setup, a Bluetooth reset is usually required.
Under normal use, the fixture can reconnect without resetting Bluetooth, even after a long period of inactivity. However, if the fixture has been connected and used in another scene, a Bluetooth reset is required before connecting it in a new scene.

Why can't the fixture be added to a group via Bluetooth?

*Some fixtures can't be added to a group via Bluetooth. In this case, please use the WS-TB-1 Transmitter Box to add the fixtures to a group via 2.4G.

How to achieve serial or parallel lighting effects in a group?

1. Serial effects:
Lighting effects are displayed among the fixtures in sequence according to their address. This can be achieved by selecting Group Effect Mode or by setting Group Mode to Serial in *Pixel Effect Mode. 

2. Parallel effects:
All fixtures display the lighting effects simultaneously. This can be achieved by selecting Effect Mode in a group or by setting the Group Mode to Parallel in *Pixel Effect Mode.

*Pixel Effects are available on fixtures that support pixel functionality, such as PavoTube II X/XR and PavoTube T8-7X.

How to adjust an individual fixture in a group without resetting Bluetooth?

You can use either of the following methods:

1. Select Manage Group to temporarily remove or re-add individual fixtures (by checking or unchecking them). The fixtures will remain in the same scene.

2. Select Delete (select "Only delete the group") to move the fixtures back to the fixture list.

Can scenes be synced when using the same account on different phones or tablets?

Currently, scenes and fixtures are not synced across different devices.

How to set the remote control for our fixtures?

Now most of our fixtures built-in 2.4Ghz receiver, enabling them to be remotely controlled by remote controller or by APP via the 2.4G transfer device. (Note: 2.4G WS-RC-C2 remote controller or 2.4 transfer device sold separately.)

How to reset the Bluetooth, is it different for different light fixtures?

Yes, you will need to press buttons or knobs for different light fixtures. Take PavoTube II X-Series light for example: press SWITCH until you are at BT:RESET, then press "+", and "SWITCH", and press "+" again to make the Bluetooth reset.

What batteries is recommended for Forza 300?

We recommend 14.8V/12A V-mount battery for Forza 300.

Is PavoTube II 6C compatible with existed PavoTube Accessories?

Yes, PavoTube II 6C can fit in all the PavoTube accessories except Barndoors.

If a fixture is damaged after I receive it, what do I do?

Please do not use it and contact place of purchase or Nanlite as soon as possible.

Why the COB protective cap could not match all light fixtures?

We have two kinds of COB protective caps. The AS-CAP-BW COB protective cap could be compatible with Forza 300, Forza 500, FS-200 and FS-300. The AS-CAP-BW-B COB protective cap could be compatible with Forza 200, Forza 300B, Forza 720, Forza 720B and FS-150.

The difference and connection between GROUP EFFECT and PIXEL EFFECT?

GROUP EFFECT means to control effect based on group and PIXEL EFFECT is based on pixel. Only those light fixtures with pixels have pixel effect. If through Bluetooth connection, only the same model of light fixtures could be composed a group, and to achieve group effect. If through 2.4G connection, the group will be sorted out by single-color, bi-color, full-color G/M adjustable and full-color no G/M function light fixtures, and to achieve group effect.
