Return Policy
THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE ON THIS SITE*
*If you purchased your Nanlite product from a dealer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy. We do not accept returns of purchases made from other sources.
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, the return shipping charge is paid for by the customer.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@nanliteus.com and we will take care of the problem.
Domestic Return Process
To initiate your return, please log into your account on NanliteUS.com. From there, you can choose which order you want to return products from. Please provide a detailed response for the reason you want to return.
We will receive your return request and decide how to go forward. If we approve your request, you must wait for our team to email you an RMA number before you send the item back.
When you have your RMA number, please place the item in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt, and mail it to the following address:

International Return Process
Follow the same steps above. Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
