Return Policy
THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE ON THIS SITE
If you purchased your Nanlite product from a dealer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy. We do not accept returns of purchases made from other sources.
If you want to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. There is no restocking fee, however, the return shipping charge is paid for by the customer.
Domestic Return Process
- Log into your account at NanliteUS.com
- In the Orders section of your account, find the order you want to return, and click the "Return items" button
- Select a reason for the return from the menu
- Click the Review Changes button, and complete your return request
Next, we will contact you via email regarding the next steps in the process. If your return is approved, we will email you a unique RMA number. The RMA number is required to mail items back to our warehouse. If you send something to our warehouse without an official RMA number, it can easily be lost because our logistics team will not know what it is or how to process it.
When you receive your unique RMA number, please place the item in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt, and mail it to the following address:

When our logistics team receives the item and verifies its condition, then we will process the refund.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@nanliteus.com and we will take care of the problem.
International Return Process
Follow the same steps above. Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
