Procedure for service

If your Nanlite product is having a problem that isn't related to normal wear-and-tear or misuse, do this:

  1. Send an email to service@nanliteus.com. Explain in detail what that problem is. Have your bill of sale (receipt) handy, because our service team is going to ask for it.
  2. Wait for a reply email from the service team. They will inform you of the next step in the process.

If you are only interested in obtaining parts, send an email to the following address, but be aware that the availability of parts is limited: parts@nanliteus.com

For service outside of USA please contact your local authorized distributor for support.

Repaired equipment is subject to a 90-day limited warranty, covering only re-repair if necessary and not consequential damages.
