SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays in delivering orders. After your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. This is out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping times depend on your location. Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses. Please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.

Standard Delivery

Orders placed before Noon PT will be processed and scheduled for pickup from our warehouses within 24-48 hours

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Expedited Shipping is available on orders placed before Noon PT Monday – Friday. Orders placed before Noon PT will arrive the following business day, by the end of the day. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. It is not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

International Shipping

If you are placing an order from another country, when you entered our site, you should have seen a pop-up window asking you to choose your country and explaining any country-specific shipping charges as well as any additional duties and taxes. With few exceptions, our international carrier is UPS offering Expedited and UPS Ground options.

In the event of a lost or damaged order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will help you. Please have your shipping confirmation number or tracking number emailed to you after placing your order available when calling.
