Limited Warranty Coverage

Your Nanlite product has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If bought new in the USA it is warranted by Nanlux Americas for 2 years from the date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. By registering online, your warranty is extended by 1 year, for a total of 3 years. This limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Nanlux Americas or a Nanlux Americas authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Nanlite Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow Nanlux Americas‘ policies, procedures, and quality control standards. Nanlux Americas reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This limited warranty does not apply to any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, negligence, nor modification or servicing performed by others.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Under no circumstances shall Nanlux Americas be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. 

Requesting Service
Nanlite products purchased in the USA requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to the Nanlite Service Department. International Shipping is not covered under warranty service. Products must be carefully packed and insured, and sent together with a description of problem and details on the best method to contact you. If requesting Warranty Service then proof of purchase (copy of dated bill of sale) must be included. After we receive and evaluate your product we will contact you to discuss the service options.
