How to download firmware

The site you're on is NanliteUS.com, but our firmware is managed on our global site, Nanlite.com.

To update your firmware, you'll visit Nanlite.com. The firmware button is below, and here's how it works...

1) When you hit the firmware button, you'll be on a page that looks like this

2) Find the product family of the light you want to update, hover, and a menu will appear. Select your model.

3) You will be brought to that product's support page. Scroll down to the "Firmware Download" section, and select the download icon on the right.

And that's it! Here's the firmware button:

ONE MORE THING: Some of our lights get firmware updates directly from our free Nanlink mobile app. For example, if you have a pico, open Nanlink, open or create a scene with that light, tap the hamburger menu in the top right corner, tap Settings, then tap Firmware Update. It will say if an update is available, tap it, then tap Update.
